"got a call 1 hour before saying we needed to pay more and if we didn’t the driver wouldn’t show up. contacted a owner and he said he’d send 2 cars instead to put up our 7 family members and luggage. it was very frustrating. they showed up but it was far too chaotic for me. the driver was great but it was very evident they just called 2 ubers for us to replace out £75 mini bus."
